Shipping Policy


When using this online shop, upon completion of the checkout process your order will be automatically sent to the Bosch Hot Water and Heating team.
A team member will review your order in detail and confirm stock availability. If the items are in stock your order will be processed and shipped ASAP.
If your items are not in stock a Bosch team member will make contact and inform you of the availability and estimated lead time. If this is acceptable then your order will be processed and delivered inline with the estimated timeframe.
If the estimated lead time is not acceptable for your circumstance then Bosch will cancle the order and initiate a full refund for any prepaid orders.

Please Note:  Deliveries cannot be made to P.O boxes, they must be to a physical address.
